Warranty
Lazell Eyewear stands behind the structural integrity of its products and offers review for qualifying manufacturing defects under normal use. The purpose of this Warranty page is to explain clearly what is covered, what is not covered, how a claim should be submitted, and what outcomes a customer can reasonably expect.
The warranty generally applies to defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal wear, such as a hinge issue caused by manufacturing error, a structural fault not caused by impact, or a coating issue present upon arrival or arising from a verified product defect. It does not cover accidental drops, impact damage, lens scratches from ordinary use, heat warping, chemical exposure, improper storage, lost items, normal wear and tear, or modifications and repairs performed by third parties.
Customers seeking warranty review should provide proof of purchase, a clear description of the issue, close photos of the affected area, and where relevant, full frame images and temple markings. Once received, the claim can be assessed and, if approved, Lazell Eyewear may choose to repair the item, replace the defective component, or replace the product with the same or a comparable item where appropriate.
