Return & Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be clear, calm, and proportionate. If a purchase from LazellEyewear.com is not right for you, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original components, including the protective case, cleaning cloth, packaging, and any included materials. Returns that show signs of wear, scratches, impact, alteration, missing accessories, or damage beyond reasonable inspection may be declined, partially refunded, or returned to the sender in accordance with applicable law.

To initiate a return, customers should use the designated return portal or contact Customer Care at info@lazelleyewear.com with the order number, the email address used at checkout, the item or items to be returned, and the reason for return. Once the request is reviewed, we may issue return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization number. Items should be packed securely and shipped back promptly in accordance with the instructions provided. We recommend sending approved returns within 7 days of authorization to avoid administrative delay. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, although your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error, such as an incorrect item or a verified defect on arrival, or unless refund of those charges is required by law. International shipping charges are not refunded, and customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or import handling charges assessed by the destination country or carrier are generally non refundable unless required by law. Some products may be designated as final sale, custom, personalized, non returnable, or limited release, and such exceptions will be disclosed on the product page or at checkout where applicable.
