Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges is the customer facing operational companion to the formal Return and Refund Policy. Its purpose is to guide customers through the actual process with reassurance and clarity. At Lazell Eyewear, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain unused, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with original packaging and accessories. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability and may involve an exchange for another color, the same style, or an alternative model where price differences are settled accordingly.
Customers should first start a return online or contact Customer Care at info@lazelleyewear.com with their order number and the email address used at checkout. Once reviewed, return instructions and any necessary authorization details will be provided. The product must then be packed securely in its original presentation, including case, cloth, packaging, and any included materials. After the return is received and inspected, Lazell Eyewear may process either a refund or an exchange. Items marked final sale or otherwise designated non returnable are not eligible, and any exceptions are disclosed clearly on the product page or during checkout.
